Men of Memorial,

I want you to know that I’m praying for you. I hope you have a meaningful Thanksgiving celebration with your family this year. I know this year has brought many challenges, disappointments, and difficult decisions.

But we still have much to be thankful for, don’t we? Let me encourage you to lead the way in your family in pointing hearts to gratitude. To do that, we have to start with our own hearts. I encourage you to spend some time reflecting on how you have benefitted from God’s greatness and generosity.

Let me also encourage you to use the day off work (if that applies) to spend intentional time with your family. Football and turkey are great but don’t let those things crowd out this excellent opportunity to connect with those you love the most.

Men, let’s pray for each other to love Christ supremely, honor God intentionally, and serve one another graciously.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Pastor Jeremy
